Hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) — Northern New Jersey English Speaking, Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle Required
Always Caring Health Care Services is seeking compassionate, dependable New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide care to clients throughout Northern NJ. We have offices in Clifton, Jersey City, and West New York.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to patients across diverse settings. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver personalized assistance that promotes independence, safety, and comfort for individuals with varying needs, including seniors, those with disabilities, and individuals requiring end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support safe mobility.
Provide companionship.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, feeding, medication reminders, meal prep and light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Support patients with specialized needs such as dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice support, or memory care.
Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Requirements
Current New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
Ability to speak and understand English to communicate with clients.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
