What You’ll Do
Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and efficiently
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and preparation of specimens
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant phlebotomy area
Accurately document patient information in our EMR system
Provide a comfortable, reassuring experience for patients
Adhere to all HIPAA, safety, and infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For
Current Phlebotomy Certification
1–2+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience preferred
Strong venipuncture skills and confidence working independently
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Professional, punctual, and highly reliable
Ability to commute to Wayne, NJ 07470
