Overview
Apex Health Solutions LLC is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking caring, dependable, and professional Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide non-medical personal care and companionship services to private-pay clients throughout Bergen County and surrounding areas. Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
Bathing
Grooming
Dressing
Toileting
Mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties related to client care.
Remind clients to take medications as directed.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities if required.
Maintain accurate daily care notes and documentation.
Follow the client's care plan and agency policies.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous home care experience preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
