Qualifications
-Front desk knowledge and insurance experience required as well as the ability to work afternoons and evenings, approx
-Must have an outgoing personality mixed with professionalism and organization
-We are seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, bright and inquisitive and an excellent communicator
-Experience with insurance verification and authorizations
-Proficient computer and typing skills and software knowledge
-Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Will embrace inbound and outbound calling
-Able to work independently and take initiative
-Must be able to manage time efficiently
-Requires the ability to multitask
-High school or equivalent (Required)
-Customer service: 1 year (Required)
-Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
