We at Apex Heart and Vascular are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with exceptional telephone greeting skills. We are a premier cardiovascular institute. We are looking for someone who's a team-player, a go-getter, and flexible.
Ideal candidate should be able to
Greet and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet and attend to patients in person at the front desk for check in and check out or answer calls in the back office and help the patients over the phone.
Professionally assist family members for the patients, other staff members, visitors, vendors and providers.
Schedule appointments for the patients over the phone or in person.
Able to perform accurate documentation of patient visits and has excellent database (spreadsheet) skills
Has working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA rules.
Able to pay meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Has excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
Bilingual: Spanish/Arabic/Tagalog preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
