Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry, and light housekeeping

  • Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services

  • Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.


Caregiver Requirements:

  • Companionship and Personal Care experience required

  • A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others

  • Must have reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within [Hudson] /county

  • Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration, and valid Driver’s License (Only if you will be using a vehicle)

  • Ability to pass background checks and work-related references

  • Must pass drug testing if required

We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join our team and provide home health services to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and be able to provide compassionate, professional care. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and helping with light housekeeping tasks. The successful candidate will also be comfortable with providing transportation and running errands.

We have 12 hour shifts , 10 hour shifts day and night shifts , Live ins

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.

  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

  • Observe and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

  • Provide transportation to medical appointments or other errands as needed.

  • Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed.

Full-Time | Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week

Service Area: Union, Essex, Bergen, and Middlesex Counties, NJTransportation Support: $20/week (up to $100/month)

As a Personal Care Aide – Staff Aide, You Will:

  • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

What is Required:

  • Certified Home Health Aide Certificate in the State of New Jersey

  • Experience providing personal care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred

  • Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable personality

  • Ability to work in different home environments throughout your service area

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed
