Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Insurance Biller to join our growing team. This role begins part-time and can grow into a full-time, hybrid, or remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits
Prepare and submit insurance claims for cranial prosthesis (medical wigs)
Follow up on pending claims and handle billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient and billing records
Assist clients in scheduling consultations and appointments
Take and process in-store orders, ensuring excellent customer service
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance providers, and internal staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in medical billing or insurance verification (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with patients in-person and over the phone
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
