Accounts Receivable & Medical Billing Specialist
About Us:
Clinicspectrum is a fast-growing medical billing and revenue cycle management company helping healthcare providers maximize collections while staying compliant.
What You’ll Do:
• Submit and track insurance claims.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve denials.
• Post payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
• Communicate with payers and clients regarding claim status.
• Maintain compliance with insurance and HIPAA guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing & accounts receivable follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance billing rules.
• Experience with billing software & payer portals.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Preferred:
• Denial management & appeals experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
