A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-I (Medical Billing Call Center) to handle customer inquiries and provide support in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Handle all inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions Document all contacts and actions taken in the patient accounting system Communicate with various healthcare staff to clarify customer service inquiries Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business administration preferred At least one year of experience in a healthcare customer service role Knowledge of insurance programs, regulations, and billing processes Data entry skills with a typing speed of 50-60 keystrokes per minute Familiarity with medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) is desirable
