Job description
The Medical Biller is an office job in NEW JERSEY (NOT a remote position)
• Benefits Verification

• Calling insurance companies to resolve billing issues, underpayments, etc
• You will be working across multiple tools, including our EHR, billing platform, Google Drive, & insurance company portals
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and modifiers
• High school diploma or associate’s degree but bachelor's preferred
• Experience in denials & collections required
• Strong customer service and analytical skills required
• Must be detail-oriented & organized
• Strong computer skills required
• Strong interest in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
