Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in providing top-quality, in-home care to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
Qualifications:
Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
